Il supervise nos processus budg\u00e9taires et veille \u00e0 ce que nos ressources financi\u00e8res concordent avec nos objectifs. Ses conseils strat\u00e9giques financiers nous permettent de maximiser notre incidence positive au sein de la communaut\u00e9, en mettant l\u2019accent sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centraideeo.ca\/incidence\/confiance-et-reddition-de-comptes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">responsabilisation<\/a>, pour que les donatrices, les donateurs et les supporters se fient \u00e0 nos capacit\u00e9s de gestion des ressources. C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un tel souci de l\u2019excellence et une telle diligence raisonnable que nous obtenons, depuis 2018, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charityintelligence.ca\/charity-details\/22-united-way-ottawa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">meilleure note<\/a> de la Charity Intelligence Canada, un organisme qui \u00e9value la transparence financi\u00e8re et les r\u00e9sultats sociaux des organismes sans but lucratif au pays.<\/p><p>Comptable professionnel agr\u00e9\u00e9, Brad est titulaire d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me en administration des affaires avec une sp\u00e9cialisation en comptabilit\u00e9. Il a orient\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re vers le milieu caritatif apr\u00e8s avoir \u0153uvr\u00e9 dans les secteurs priv\u00e9, public et sans but lucratif. Ainsi, il veille \u00e0 ce que les ressources financi\u00e8res soient utilis\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er un changement positif et significatif.<\/p><p>Ayant r\u00e9sid\u00e9 \u00e0 Ottawa toute sa vie, Brad a pu constater, au fil du temps, l\u2019\u00e9volution de la ville et de ses communaut\u00e9s avoisinantes. Dans son r\u00f4le, il veille \u00e0 ce que Centraide de l\u2019Est de l\u2019Ontario soit bien outill\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins changeants dans la r\u00e9gion.
