Mojtaba a vite recentr\u00e9 sa recherche d\u2019emploi sur le secteur bancaire apr\u00e8s avoir communiqu\u00e9 avec RBC lors d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de r\u00e9seautage dirig\u00e9 par <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ociso.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">l\u2019Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization (OCISO)<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. peuples autochtones, les personnes nouvellement arriv\u00e9es au pays, les personnes en situation de handicap et autres, font face \u00e0 d\u2019importants obstacles en mati\u00e8re d\u2019inclusion sur le march\u00e9 du travail. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les nouvelles personnes immigrantes \u00e0 Ottawa qui d\u00e9tiennent un dipl\u00f4me universitaire ont un taux de ch\u00f4mage trois fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que leurs homologues n<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e9s au Canada.<\/span><\/b><span
