Avant la pand\u00e9mie, Barbara participait \u00e0 un groupe de soutien pour aidants naturels tous les mois alors que son mari tirait parti de trois programmes de jour par semaine.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La COVID-19 a tout chang\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vie des aidants naturels est d\u00e9j\u00e0 difficile. Lorsque les restrictions de sant\u00e9 publique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9es, plusieurs services essentiels en personne ne pouvaient plus convenir s\u00e9curitairement aux besoins des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et des aidants naturels. Cette feuille de route permet de mieux servir les aidants naturels, comme Barbara.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 mesure que nous entamons la 2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vague de la pand\u00e9mie, les aidants naturels sont plus stress\u00e9s et transportent un plus gros fardeau en raison des soins qu\u2019ils prodiguent.
